This policy explains how we handle information when you browse our website or contact us about motorcycle engine parts.
Website and advertising statistics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, page views and WhatsApp button clicks. With advertising permission, we also use Meta Pixel to measure page views and Contact events from WhatsApp clicks. These services may process cookie identifiers, IP addresses, browser and device information, visited pages and advertising campaign parameters. A click records an intention to contact us; it does not show whether a message was sent or an order was placed.
Your choice and cookies
Optional statistics and advertising tags stay off until you choose. You can accept all, allow analytics only, or reject optional cookies. Use Privacy settings in the footer to change or withdraw your choice. We remember your choice in this browser for up to 180 days. When permitted, campaign labels are stored only in this tab for 30 minutes after the last page view or WhatsApp click, with a maximum age of 24 hours. A new campaign replaces the old one. Only five UTM campaign fields are carried through internal links; unknown URL fields and fragments are removed before optional tracking loads. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice may need to be made again on the next page.
Information you send us
We use product details and contact information you voluntarily send on WhatsApp to answer your enquiry. This website has no account registration or online payment form and does not ask for passwords, payment-card details or identity documents. We do not read WhatsApp chats. Click events contain the page path, language, button location, relevant product or category and safe UTM campaign labels, not WhatsApp messages or prefilled message text. Please do not put personal or sensitive information in advertising link parameters.
Service providers and retention
Google and Meta process statistics under their own privacy policies and may process data outside your country. The retention of data already received by these services depends on the account settings and their policies. Withdrawing permission stops future optional tracking on this website; it does not automatically delete previously received data. WhatsApp handles your messages under its own privacy policy.
